Last weeks Taco Tuesday took me not to far from my hometown, to The Barrio in downtown Plymouth. The restaurant is nestled nicely in the quaint downtown, with captivating Mexican Skull Murals on the wall, and Sedona Color Palette to complete the environment.

Finally, about the food. The meal started with Mexican Skillet Nachos, which are only $5 on Tuesdays! These nachos were very well done with premium ingredients, as were the Carne Asada Tacos that were the perfect size, comprised of a great flavorful blend. Lastly, the Mexican Street Corn was a great authentic dish, on top of the sweet ear of corn was Cotija Cheese, Lime Mayo, and Paprika!!

Overall, The Barrio was reasonably priced with exceptional quality. Mexican to me goes downhill very fast with most cheap places, but The Barrio serves up great food without charging an arm and a leg.
